Ingredients:
1 Persian cucumber cut into small cubes
1 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of greek yogurt
1 tbsp of mint, dill or chives
1 garlic clove chopped
Fry garlic in olive oil at a very low temperature to make it more sweet. Mix the cooked garlic with olive oil, mint, greek yogurt, mint. Salt and pepper. Add chopped persian cucumber.
